Are you letting ChatGPT be your virtual stress ball?

Updated: Mar 23

Have you been experimenting with ChatGPT like I have?

If you have, you know that the more specific you are, the better outcomes you get.

Rather than telling it to help you write an email to your email list about ChatGPT and stress reduction, you can say, "Act as an email strategist. I want to write an email to my email list of primarily marketing and research professionals who have connected with me because they like my content or have worked with me in the past. The purpose of the email is to give them some information they can use. Make it intriguing and thought-provoking. My hope is that if they like the email, they'll continue to read my emails and keep coming back for more content. Ask me one question at a time to help me write the email."

I'm so fascinated by how this will change how we work that I hosted a conversation about the benefits and limitations of this AI tool and how/if it can help us make our lives easier.

What do you think? Is ChatGPT and AI replacing your stress ball?

You can listen to the ChatGPT: Your Virtual Stress Relief Companion for Leaders conversation here.

And, in case you're wondering, no, I did not use ChatGPT to write this.

P.S. I'd love to know if you use a stress ball. Reply to this and let me know your favorite stress-busting technique.
